The 5th grade TMS art class were challenged with using their culinary skills to create a cookie color wheel. Students were given primary colored icing and had to mix the correct ratio of two colors to make secondary and tertiary colors. They collaborated well with their partner while making the color wheel. Respect, Responsibility, Relationships at TMS

THS/TMS Activities 12/1 - 12/6

Students in Mrs. Boxleys homeroom who had ZERO D’s or F’s enjoyed donuts and orange juice this morning! These kids have shown great responsibility!!

Mrs. Boxley’s science class has been working on identifying and explaining the parts of a plant cell. They created 3D models of a plant cell on a cake using decorations!

TMS bulldogs beat Gallatin 45-19 at the Princeton Tournament. A great showing by our boys team. Good job!!!

TMS Inktober Winners.  Everyday in October, the TMS art students are given a prompt to draw. A staff member then chooses a winner. Pictured are the winners with their drawings. (Aliyah Brittian, not pictured)

TMS art students chose a portrait of a musician or singer. They then filled the negative or positive space with appropriate songs relating to that artist. The use of high contrast and space revealed the artist’s portrait. TMS art students are doing a fantastic job!  Respect, Responsibility, Relationships @ TMS
