Bid Terms / Important Information
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
Bids must be received by the deadline; late bids will not be considered.
The successful bidder will be contacted after bids are opened.
Payment is required at the time of pickup (acceptable payment method to be confirmed by the District at time of award).
Vehicle must be picked up no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, April 10.
Buyer is responsible for removal/transport, and for any tax, title, licensing, and registration requirements.
