Sports Physicals for next season
Wright Memorial Hospital and the Grundy County Health Department have joined forces to
offer free sports physical exams for Trenton R-9 students planning to participate in
athletic, cheerleading, colorguard, and marching band activities during the 2019-2020 school year.
FREE sports physical exams will be offered on March 27 and April 3 from 8:30 a.m. – 10:30
a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Wright Memorial Physicians’ Group in Trenton. The
Trenton R-9 School District will provide transportation. Appointments are not required.
Parents/Guardians do not have to accompany the student if the paperwork has been
completed and signed by a parent/guardian.
All paper work will be sent home with students on Friday March 22 but is also available on the Trenton R-IX website. If you have any questions please contact the Middle School (359-4328) and High School office (359-2291).

Any parent of a Trenton High School Student who is interested in taking Drivers Education this summer should contact Principal Ron Franklin for details at 660-359-2291. The class will be limited to the first 16 students to commit to the course.
Due to field conditions at Burleigh Grimes, we are moving tomorrow nights baseball games, originally scheduled for here, to Chillicothe Schaffer Park.
Game time will still be 5:00 pm.
Bus will leave at 3:15.
THS-Bright Futures and Farmers Bank will be hosting a student professional development day 12:45 -3:00 at the high school tomorrow (March 20).
