Attention Freshman Parents:

My Missouri “MyMO” Scholarship Promise
“MyMO" leads high school freshmen from low-income families on a successful path to prepare, save and plan for post-secondary education. As students complete and achieve certain benchmarks throughout high school, by their senior year they will earn a $10,000 promised scholarship to attend a Missouri school. Additionally, when the family opens a 529 savings plan and adds funds, MSLF adds additional funding to the account. Applications must be completed before the end of the 9th grade year. Applications may be submitted online through My Scholarship Central. The Application is open now and will close on March 2, 2026. The THS varsity girls pick up a 50-26 win over Novinger to advance to the consolation bracket championship at Milan Saturday!!!

The THS varsity boys fall 58-56 to Marceline in the semifinals of the Milan Tournament.

JV Basketball on Jan 27 has been rescheduled for Feb 9 in the HS Gym. 5:00 C Boys. 6:00 JV Girls. 7:00 JV Boys.

1/15 Wrestling vs Marceline will be in the HS Gym instead of the PAC due to space limitations and safety concerns.

Congratulations to THS junior Kaydan Foster! Kaydan was chosen as First Student Bus's Star Student of the Month for December.

Milan Tournament 1/14 Boys play Marceline at 6:00 (HS Gym) Girls play Novinger at 7:30 (Elem Gym) Bus: 4:30

The Trenton FFA Meats Evaluation team of Titus Kottwitz, Kale Batson and Logan Roberts competed at the Western National Roundup meats judging contest at Colorado State University on January 10. The team placed 8th overall and was recognized as the national champion and high scoring team in meat identification with a team score of 618 out of a possible 630 points.

JV Basketball 2/2 vs Stanberry has been cancelled and will be played when we travel to Stanberry on Feb 6. Start time will be 4:30.

Today is the final day to file for the Trenton R-IX Board of Education. There are three seats open for the April 7, 2026 election.

For anyone interested in running, the District Office will be open until 5:00 PM to accept filings.
