Rissler students and families: With the news of school buildings closed the remainder of the year, the Rissler staff are reminded of the wonderful opportunity we get to educate, care for and love your children every day. Are you bummed that we missed out on our annual Spring Book Fair? Have no fear, Mrs. Hainey is here! Rissler will be holding its first ever Virtual Book Fair starting April 12th.
School pictures are in! We will distribute pictures as soon as we return to school. Thank you for your patience!
New Rissler Office Hours due to statewide stay-at-home order: Monday’s from 9-11am. Any other questions may be emailed to totto@trentonr9.k12.mo.us.
Rissler parents: If you would like a printed packet for your child to work on at home, they will be available outside the main doors at Rissler Elementary in the newspaper stands provided by Trenton Republican Times. Please remember, these packets are not required, but supplemental work to keep your child engaged in learning until we return to school. We ask that you pick up packets one at a time if multiple people are trying to access the stands, similar to the car pick-up line after school, to maintain social distancing requirements. Packets are for an entire week, and will be filled with the new week's work on Mondays. Stands will be replenished each day with copies of that week's packets, as well as sanitized. If you have any questions or need to arrange for pick-up of any other items, please email totto@trentonr9.k12.mo.us. Thank you Republican time for your generous contribution! Bulldog proud❤️

Notice Rissler K & 1st grade parents: due to school closure and the Covid-19 situation, we will be cancelling the Kindergarten field trip to the Kansas City Zoo on May 1st and the 1st grade field trip to Kauffman Stadium on April 20th. Your field trip money will be reimbursed at a later date.
