Last Friday night BTC Bank presented a check for $8,919.00 to the Trenton R-IX School District. This donation represents the 118,900 swipes from community members who chose the Trenton Bulldog Mascot Debit Card. We had a well-attended 1st Quarter ABC Awards assembly. The A in ABC is for Academic Achievement (Red). The B is for Behavior or BARK Expectations (Blue) and the C is for Citizenship and Character Strong (Yellow). It was great to celebrate excellence and high achievement in Rissler students. I’m surrounded by great teachers and great students every day. It made it even better to share the moment with the parents. We are so lucky to have such a supportive community here in Trenton.
