Fire Safety Week is coming to Rissler Preschool.
The fun starts October 2nd from 8:00–9:30 a.m.! Students will enjoy crafts, playtime, music, stories, and a special visit from our local fire department—with fire trucks, too! We look forward to a fun morning of learning about fire safety!

Big adventures and bright smiles at Rissler today! Our students joined Captain Supergrin on a journey through the Land of Smiles during a fun, action-packed dental health assembly hosted by Delta Dental.
Students learned about caring for their teeth and keeping their smiles healthy. Each child also took home a Smile Bag of goodies to help put those lessons into practice!

Families enjoyed an evening of reading, games, and fun activities at our Title I family night! Students with parents visited stations, collected stamps for competion, and earned rewards—including free books to take home!

The following expectations are written to provide a safe environment for all spectators at home football games. We ask that all parents/guardians talk to their children about the following rules.
1. All students Prek-8th grade must be accompanied by an adult (18+ and not a current K-12 student)
2. All students are asked to be seated or standing with that adult during the football game unless they are walking to or from the concession stand/restrooms.
3. Students should not run in the football stadium as they make their way to the restroom or concession stand.
4. Students are not allowed to bring balls or play tossing games in the stadium. This includes throwing water/pop bottles etc.
5. In order to respect parents/guardians and patrons watching the game in the stadium bleachers, all children are asked to be seated in the bleacher area, and to keep the walkway clear.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping keep our home events safe for our students and patrons.

Superheroes sharing school spirit in Mrs. Whipple's class.

Whenever everyone in a class is present, the class gets to add a piece to its Mr. Potato Head figure. Once they’ve added the eyes, ears, and all the other pieces, they earn a party with a visit from our five-foot-tall inflatable Mr. Potato Head!
It’s a fun way to celebrate showing up, and our students are excited to see their Potato Heads come together. Take a look at the pictures to see the party!
