Throughout my time with the Trenton R-IX School District, I have been able to not only witness the qualities of a good administrator, but I have been able to put those qualities into practice as well by leading by example, creating a positive yet structured environment for staff and students, and inspiring students to become productive citizens and life-long learners while supporting the educators instructing them.”

Gott received a Bachelor of Science in History from Missouri Western State University as well as a Masters of Education in Administration and a Specialist in Education from William Woods University.

Mr. Gott and his family reside in Trenton. He and his wife Abby, a Title reading teacher at Rissler Elementary School, have three children: daughter Vivian will be in the third grade at Rissler Elementary School; son Hank will be in first grade at Rissler Elementary School; and daughter Edie is two years old.
