HIGH SCHOOL

– Monday-Wednesday-Friday –
(weights and winter sports) July 6-24

There will be no weights July 27-31; that week is reserved for fall sports to have their team camps.
High School weights: all weight lifting sessions are done by assignment
6-7 a.m. – high school boys
7:15-8:15 a.m. – high school boys
8:30-9:30 a.m. – high school boys
9:45-10:45 a.m. – high school girls
11 a.m.-Noon – high school girls
Open Gym/Mat:
Boys Wrestling – 9:30-11 a.m.
Girls Wrestling – 8-9:30 a.m.
Boys Basketball – 9:30-11 a.m.
Girls Basketball – 8-9:30 a.m.
Cheerleading – 6:30-7:45 a.m.

Cheer Tryouts: Aug. 3-6 (Rissler Gym) Aug. 3-5 will be clinic days with Aug. 6 to be the day for tryouts. Football – 8-9:30 a.m. Basketball – 8-9:30 a.m.
