Trenton High School

THS Senior Shay Westerhof tied for second place in her category of mixed media in a recent regional high school art exhibition. For over forty years the Albrecht Kemper Museum of Fine Art in St. Joseph has been showcasing the talent of the high school artists in Northwest Missouri and Northeast Kansas. Entry into the Annual Regional High School Exhibition is by invitation only to these regions of Missouri and Kansas. A “Best of Show” award is presented along with honors for artists in nine categories for first, second and third place. This year’s one hundred and twenty artists presented work with eighteen school districts represented in the 2022 art exhibit.  This exhibition will be on view Sunday, February 27^th – Saturday, April 16 2022.
